Our hiring process

  1. Initial call

    You have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with us, get information about the role and DKB Code Factory. We also will inquire about your experience and motivation.

  2. Role-Specific task

    Depending on the role, you may be given a short assignment. This will help us to assess your level of expertise and provide some firsthand insights on how we work.

  3. Interview

    We will give you feedback on the task you have completed and provide further insight into our architecture and structures.

  4. Team meeting

    We always arrange a team meeting. This serves as an opportunity for you to assess the team dynamics and determine if you feel comfortable working with the team members on a daily basis. Likewise, the team will also evaluate if you are a good addition.

  5. Welcome!

    Once the paperwork is complete, we'll greet you on your first day with a box full of useful items and an overview of our company. Then, we'll introduce you to your team to ensure a smooth start in your new role.
