Human Decision Making in the Age of AI
Managers are expected to make decisions based on data, logic, and experience. In reality, decisions are shaped by internal state—stress, confidence, perceived risk, and past experience—which influences how information is interpreted before analysis even starts. This workshop breaks decision-making down to fundamentals: how emotion and cognition affect judgment, when intuition is signal vs bias, and how simple structure reduces costly errors. Introducing AI as a thinking partner to challenge assumptions, simulate alternatives, and surface blind spots—without outsourcing responsibility or accelerating bias.
