Laura Wirtz has been serving as Senior Vice President Retail Banking at DKB AG (Head of Retail Customers) since April 2024, sharing the role in a dual leadership model with Maren Heiß. She is also a member of the Administrative Board of Visa Deutschland e.V. and serves on the advisory board of the Bankenfachverband e.V. Before joining DKB, Laura Wirtz held various positions at ING, including roles in international corporate banking, as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, and most recently as Head of Daily Banking & Payments, focusing on the digital advancement of retail banking. She is married and lives with her husband and their three children near Frankfurt.
