Dr. Christin Schneider is Service Lead of the Competence Center Business Excellence & Digital Transformation within Workplace Management at DKB-Service. She leads interdisciplinary teams driving digital solutions, data-driven governance, and smart workplace initiatives, including the DKB Smart Campus. Previously, she held leadership roles at Zalando across Corporate Real Estate and Logistics, focusing on IoT platforms, digital building standards (BIM), and data-driven operations. She holds a PhD in engineering (Dr.-Ing.).
