I spent over twenty years in finance and accounting. Over time I found myself gravitating toward the people side of the work, which led me to project management, then Scrum Master, and eventually Agile coaching. I believe my background in finance helps me stay grounded and practical. But what genuinely drives me is the human part of this work. Seeing a team build trust, communicate honestly and grow together is what makes this job worth doing. The Valencia office opened in January 2025 and I joined a few months later. Being part of building our culture from the early days, and watching it take shape, is one of the most meaningful things I have been part of in recent years. My interest in people, communication and cultural awareness is what led me to co-present this session at the DKB Tech Conference alongside Annemarie Helmreich.
