Tobias has been shaping digital banking at DKB for more than 17 years - across strategy, product and execution. Before joining DKB, he worked as a freelance designer and developer focused on corporate identity and digital user experiences. Today, he is responsible for Customer Experience across DKB. Over the past years, he helped shape the bank’s “new banking” experience from early concepts to products used daily by millions of customers.
